Search Schedule The time required to complete a search will be affected by the client’s schedule and the complexity of the interview process. A benchmark for a typical search is about 90 to 120 days, and we can accelerate the process, as needed.
Client Responsibilities As your retained search firm, Tuft & Associates is authorized to act as your exclusive agent for the search. We ask members of client organizations to:
- Clearly specify areas of confidentiality.
- Provide prompt feedback on reactions to candidates, scheduling of interviews and making a final decision.
- Share information with us about candidates you may have identified from other sources and forward to us any resumes from potential candidates who may contact you.
- Provide requested information to candidates about your institution.
Service Guarantee We guarantee our services. If the selected candidate should leave the job within a time determined with each client due to voluntary resignation or termination based on performance, we will undertake a second search with no additional fee, if requested in writing within three months of termination/resignation.
