Tuft & Associates was established in 1988 by Mary Ann Tuft, CAE, as a specialized executive search firm. Today, the firm is widely recognized for its superior team of experienced search consultants, all drawn from top leadership positions in associations, healthcare and nonprofits. Based in Chicago, Tuft & Associates has a proven record of success nationwide, with locations also in Washington, D.C.; Cleveland, Ohio; Austin, Texas; and Madison, Wisconsin.The firm’s many accomplishments include completing more than 80 successful CEO searches for healthcare, trade and professional associations in 32 states; placing more than 40 nursing school deans and chairs; and filling hundreds of key senior leadership positions.
