In partnership with search committees and boards, Tuft consultants are dedicated to finding the right candidates to lead organizations as CEOs, executive directors, and more. We’re proud of the many excellent chief executives we’ve placed in associations, nonprofits, foundations, and academic health centers. Here’s just a sampling:
Executive Director Michael J. Zarski, JD, has led the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS), Rosemont, Ill., since 2013. Established in 1991, the AAHKS advances hip and knee patient care through education, advocacy, and research, serving more than 3,800 members. “As a client,” says Zarski, “I rely on the Tuft team’s extensive network to uncover the best talent, even among those not actively seeking a new position.”
Kimberly Mosley, CAE, has been President of the American Specialty Toy Retailing Association (ASTRA) since 2015. She leads the world’s largest trade association that promotes and strengthens the specialty segment of the toy industry. “With Tuft, I felt that I was working with a reputable firm with a well-known history of successful placements in association management,” says Mosley.
Vicki Loise, CMP, CAE, joined the Society for Laboratory Automation and Screening (SLAS) as Chief Executive Officer in January 2017. SLAS is a global community of more than 18,000 scientists focused on leveraging technology to achieve scientific objectives. “I really valued the insights that Tuft provided me on what was important to SLAS in what they needed from their CEO,” says Loise.
