Mona Buckley assumed the role of Executive Director of C200, a global business organization for the most successful female entrepreneurs and corporate leaders, based in Chicago. Buckley was selected after an extensive search led by Tuft President Jill Christie.
Susan McLaughlin, Chair of the C200 Leadership Board, says the organization is pleased to welcome a new Executive Director “with the passion, leadership and experience that Mona has. She is an expert in governance and strategic planning, and we are confident that Mona will be an effective leader in the implementation of C200’s strategic plan.”
Prior to joining C200, Buckley served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Professional Insurance Marketing Association (PIMA) for 12 years. With a master’s degree in public administration and a focus in nonprofit management, she has almost 30 years of experience in leadership positions in member-based associations including the American Bar Association, Portland (OR) Bar Association, and University of Oregon Alumni Association.
With a membership of more than 450 of the world’s most successful female corporate executives and entrepreneurs, the mission of C200 is to foster, celebrate, and advance women’s leadership in business. C200 member companies generate more than $1.4 trillion in annual revenues.
