Client Responsibilities
As your retained search firm, Tuft & Associates is authorized to act as your exclusive agent for the search. In the event a potential candidate contacts you, you will be expected to forward his/her resume to Tuft & Associates to be included in the search process.
To help ensure the success of our search, the members of your organization with whom we work are requested to:
- Clearly specify areas of confidentiality.
- Provide prompt feedback on reactions to candidates, scheduling of interviews, and making a final decision.
- Share information with us about candidates you may have identified from other sources.
- Provide information to candidates about your institution.
Schedule
The time required to complete your search will be affected by your schedule and the complexity of the interview process. A typical search for most positions usually requires about 90-to-120 days.
